The state Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) recommends using account 352.00 – All Other Federal Shared Revenues & Entitlements – for recording ARPA funds received.

It is also recommended that the funds be held in a separate interest-bearing account to help ensure the monies can easily be tracked and spent only on eligible uses.
