The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) in conjunction with the Penn State Center for Survey Research, developed a salary survey for borough officials in early 2022. The survey was developed to capture salary and wage information for positions most common to borough governments while limiting the administrative burden required of respondents.
Thank you to all the boroughs that participated in the survey. PSAB trusts this report will provide valuable information to help ensure competitive wages for borough officials across the Commonwealth.
